“I have read much about the life of Dr George King over a number of years. I've listened to lectures he gave, read his books and heard about his life from people who knew and worked with him. However, this book brings much of his life into a greater focus than all these things were able to. The summary of his life contained within these pages is expertly crafted to convey his complex and extremely eventful life in a digestible way. I've learned a lot from reading it and I'm sure subsequent re-reads will reveal more. Because of who he really was, and this is revealed in greater detail in this book than ever before, Dr George King is a very difficult subject for a biographer to tackle.
