Therefore, the author explores in how far the desire of an individual for self-development as well as the quality assurance and quality development in the fields of coaching and therapy are connected. In her transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary pilot study she collects data on subjectively encountered professional and personal changes from soon-to-be supervisors, coaches and organisation managers in order to evaluate them in a circular, reflexive and context-sensitive manner. Hence, the results are nine factors for an effective change in professionalisation processes which will be discussed in detail in this book. |
